Welcome to Natick Youth Basketball

NYB’s philosophy is to provide Natick children the opportunity to participate in developmental basketball programs at a young age, and more competitive programs through the middle school years. We teach the skills and knowledge of the game to support each child’s development as a basketball player, and strive to help them develop a passion for the game. NYB emphasizes our core values of teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline and integrity to aid in the children’s development as people and potentially future high school student athletes.

Travel

Travel basketball is the cornerstone program for NYB. We offer travel basketball teams for boys and girls in grades 4-8 each winter.

Skills Clinics

In skill sessions, players work kids on ball handling, shooting, passing, and general offensive / defensive footwork to bring their game to the next level.

Intramural

Intramural Basketball is an in-town basketball program. The Intramural program is open to boys and girls currently in Grades 1-8.

Hoopsters

Fun and high energy clinics designed to provide an introductory basketball experience for boys and girls in grades K-3.

Annual Turkey Shootout

Established in 1995, the Turkey Shootout is a Natick Youth Basketball tradition that brings together over 100 teams on Thanksgiving weekend for a weekend of basketball and fun. The tournament hosts boys and girls travel basketball teams in Grades 4-8 from all over the state. The Turkey Shootout is a fantastic way to kick off the travel basketball season each fall.

Love is in the air… but so is the sound of sneakers on hardwood. ❤️🏀

It may be Valentine’s Day weekend for some…
but for us, it’s GAME DAY.

Our gyms are full, our teams are ready, and Natick is home all weekend long. From the Community Center to Kennedy and Wilson, our boys and girls are putting in the work and defending our home courts.

There’s no better way to spend the weekend than cheering on these kids who give their whole hearts to the game. 💙❤️
“Basketball is a beautiful game when the five players on the court play with one heartbeat.”
— Dean Smith

At Natick Youth Basketball, that heartbeat is teamwork. It’s the extra pass. The high-five after a tough play. The defense that hustles together. The bench cheering like they’re on the floor.

Today we’re celebrating the love of the game — and the players, coaches, families, and volunteers who make this community so special. 💛

Happy Valentine’s Day from all of us at Natick Youth Basketball! 🏀❤️

🏀 Week 8 Recap – Natick Youth Basketball 🏀

Another great weekend on the courts!

Saturday was a big one for our Intramural program, with tons of smiles, hustle, and learning happening across the gyms. It’s been awesome to see players growing each week—building confidence, picking up new skills, and most importantly, having a ton of fun.

On the travel side, it was a weekend full of both wins and lessons. Our teams competed hard, supported one another, and continued to grow through every game—exactly what this season is all about.

Proud of our players, coaches, and families for another successful week. On to Week 9! 💪❤️💙
